Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of personal information that is received, collected, or processed by AI Draw Sketchpad: Smart Paint (the "App"), developed under package name com.kd.aisketchpad, and explains how we safeguard your information.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Drawing Data and Local Files

  • Local Processing only: All sketches, strokes, and vector inputs drawn on your digital canvas are processed locally on your device or directly inside the embedded, hardened sandbox of Google's AutoDraw services.
  • No Server Uploads: We do not upload, store, or transmit your individual drawings, sketches, or exported PNG layouts to our own external servers or any proprietary databases.
  • Device Storage Access: When you export your drawings using the "Export PNG" feature, the image is saved directly to your device's local photo gallery or Downloads folder. This requires local file permissions, which are used solely to let you save your own art.

B. Analytical and Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

The App integrates the Google AdMob SDK to display bottom banner advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect and process certain non-personally identifiable identifiers.

  • Identifiers Collected: This includes unique device identifiers (Android Advertising ID / AAID), IP addresses, mobile carrier details, device system language, and standard interaction logs with ads.
  • Processing Purpose: These data collections are used exclusively by Google AdMob to deliver relevant advertisement banners, estimate geographical area, analyze ad campaign performance, and prevent fraud.
  • Opt-Out Preference: You can control or reset your personalized advertising settings directly through your Android system settings application: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID or "Opt-out of Personalized Ads".

2. Dynamic Web Integration (Google AutoDraw)

The App uses an embedded, local WebView to interface with Google's public vector canvas platform (autodraw.com).

  • Under this architecture, the webview operates under standard web transmission terms. Google may collect standard web analytics and interaction states, cookie data, and canvas inputs to generate vector suggestion models.

The App contains links or references to third-party services (such as Google Play Services and Google AdMob). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. The App matches the PEGI 3 / Everyone category and is designed to be accessible to users of all ages:

  • We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).
  • If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information without consent, they should contact us immediately, and we will take necessary actions to delete such information from our records.

We value your trust in providing us your information. The App utilizes modern cryptographic and sandbox development structures, including:

  • Strict HTTP/SSL connections (HTTPS).
  • Blocked access to cross-origin local file resource leaks (allowFileAccess = false).
  • Secure sandboxed isolated JavaScript execution environments.

However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic computer storage is 100% secure.

6. Access and Deletion Rights

Because the App does not maintain user account registrations or database records on physical cloud servers, we do not store any personal data regarding your credentials.

  • To erase all local drawing states, cookies, or cached variables, you can clear the App's Cache and Storage Data anytime from your Android Settings panel (Settings > Apps > AI Draw Sketchpad > Storage > Clear Data).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this document periodically for any updates. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective immediately once they are updated inside this document or published on the Google Play Store.
